Here you can fix the maximum discount to regular customers for purchasing spare parts.  It helps while entering in JOB CARD, COUNTER SALES, automatically discount is calculated as per given in Discount Master. This avoids in misuse of giving more discount.
Note: You can change discount percentage at the time of spares sale (You should not exceed the discount percentage cited in the discount master). Discount is calculated on the changed percentage. It is only for that bill itself.

Through this feature, you can easily locate spare parts by just selecting name of spares from the list shown. With this facility, this can handle anyone in absence of storekeeper.

v      Reorder Level Fixing
On the basis of last three months sales record, it automatically shows average spares sales per month.
Purchase order automatically generates based on Reorder level, it will also estimates the required quantity compared with present stock.

v      Purchase Order Discrepancy
It shows more or less purchases compared with Purchase Order.

v      Sales Order Discrepancy
It shows more or less sales compared with sales Order.

v      Pending Purchase Order Cancellation
When the particular item is not available with suppliers, just cancel that particular item in this master so that it does not repeatedly shown in Purchase Order discrepancy.

v      JOB CARD
        Automatic printout of Information Slip when you give Vehicle Regn.No. in JobCard Entry which has all the details of customers like customer name, their address, contact nos., engine no, frame no., date of sale, last service kms., last two services information about their complaints and our service advice to them given in last two services. With this feature, you can easily come to know about their previous problem and automatically enters all the details.  And also, no need of writing all the details of the customer again on the job card and thus arrests human error.

v      You can give Spares estimation and labour estimation amount. While giving labour or spares bill,  if labour charges or spares charges exceeds in bill as compared to estimation amount given in Job card it will automatically warn us and difference will show in labour and spares estimation variance report with reason, so that in future you can control.

v      When you save the Job card, it will automatically show information slip for spares change advice when the customer reaches the kilometers.  With this feature, there will be increase of spares sales.

v      In Spares issues for Job Card, it shows spares list as per the model of the vehicle. With this feature, you cannot give spares other than the model of the vehicle.  Thus, issuing correct spares according to the model of the vehicle can arrest the problem.

v      While job card closing, SMS will automatically sent to customer for his status of vehicle ready with all the details of bill amount etc.  By this feature, you can control the crowd of the customer at delivery time.

v      BARCODE SYSTEM
You can either use of a Barcode reader to automatically enters Spare Part No.  This feature will avoid human error.
Note: If you scan barcode of part being in part number column through scanner, Partno, Name, Rates of the part are automatically loaded.  If there is no barcode label printed to the part, press F5 to see the item list.

v      Outside labour
When you feed outside labour, gatepass will print automatically. It helps in monitoring   whatever is moving out from workshop. This avoids theft. It also adds up the amount entered in the outside labour to the bill.  Which will eliminate the mistake done by employer of forgetting to give labour charges  for outside jobs.


v      Warranty Spares follow-up
When the spares issue is under warranty, at the time of closing the job card, a warranty claim form will appear automatically.  You could not close the job card unless you fill up this warranty claim form.  With this feature, you did not miss any warranty spares and it automatically sent to spares follow-up report.  With this feature, it avoids income loss of company.  We can also follow the warranty credit note given spares sent to company and by this we can follow the spares which are not given credit note.

v      Skipped customer analyze report
The above report lists out the customer who does not come for any reason to visit after his enquiry for purchase of vehicle.  Thus, you can follow-up with these customers and fulfill their requirements. This Helps us to find out where we loose our sales and to whom we have lost & enables us to correct our self.

v      Non moving items analyze report
You can easily list out which items are non-moving, thus it helps in reducing the overheads.

v      Fast Moving items / Slow Moving items
Through these reports, you can easily list out which items are fast moving and slow-moving, thus, you can maintain your stock level properly.

v      Financier performance analyze report
You can keep record of your Financier by how many vehicles sold by them, how many vehicles skipped and what is the reason for skipped vehicles.

ü       If customer is a Goodlife customer and when he reaches the gift point, a gift voucher will also print along with the bill.  You can also restrict to print this voucher.

ü       Supplier Name, Customer Name creation / modification at the time of billing.

v      Graph Mode

Analyze report in Graph mode is available in this software. With this feature, you can easily analyze the status of any report with the help of graph.

With this feature, you can easily track performance, that who is strong or weak in work. This also enables us to track the revenue generated by him on the work.
v      Monthly Service Customer Register : This Register shows Monthly service customer register for 12 months in a tabular format on a single screen, so that you can easily analyze month-to-month service customer variation. This helps us to track where we are growing strong  & where we are not growing.
